In Singapore, Perennial Group is invested in and manages 112 Katong, a premier lifestyle, food and beverage and fashion hub in the Eastern-suburbs, TripleOne Somerset, an integrated development comprising retail and office components located in the Orchard Road precinct, and Chijmes, an iconic heritage commercial site in the Central Business District. In addition, it owns and manages the House of Tan Yeok Nee, a prestigious gazetted national monument located in the Orchard Road precinct. Perennial Group is also part of the consortium that is developing the landmark integrated Capitol Development in the Downtown Civic District.
Perennial Group operates in the PRC through its sponsored Singapore Mainboard-listed Perennial China Retail Trust (“PCRT”) as well as through other non-listed privately-held structures. PCRT is Singapore’s first pure-play PRC retail development trust with an asset size of ~S$1.93 billion.
